Notes for Stall Holders

Multiple bookings

If you wish to have more than one stall, please make multiple individual bookings.

Your pitches will be placed together.

We will try to space similar traders apart from each other, but we take no responsibility for your takings due to competitive trading.

If there are too many traders of the same type, your booking may be declined. You will be notified.

Wet Weather Policy

We have no control over the British weather, so, in the event of bad weather on the day or in the days leading up to the event day please ensure you have read and understand the "Wet Weather policy". (available here)

Whilst we have public liability for the event, stall holders should ensure they have their own insurance to cover injury, damage, and any losses on the day.

We will not be liable for any losses due to the Festival being cancelled for any reason.

Food Hygiene Certificate

If you are serving or selling food of any kind, it is the responsibility of the stall holder to provide and display a current Food Hygiene Certification.

If you are selling Sterling silver items, it is the responsibility of the stall holder to provide and display a current Hallmarking poster.

If you do not have one, please print one from The London Assay office.

On the Day

You can set up from 12.00 midday onwards, subject to the "Wet Weather policy" (available here).

Provided you have been cleared to do so, you can drive onto the field to set up.

The festival starts at 2.0pm.

You are welcome to erect a gazebo or similar on your pitch (not provided). However, please take care not to encroach on your neighbours’ pitch each side of your own.

Power is only available to a limited number of larger pitches, please request any power requirements at the time of booking.

Power is not available to other small stalls.

Also please ensure you arrive onsite early to ensure that any special requirements may be assessed.

On arrival you will be given a car pass.

This must be displayed in your vehicle, so that we know who to contact, if we need to have it moved for any reason.

There is limited parking nearby, and this is available on a first come first served basis.

Please be considerate if parking on the surrounding roads.

While our neighbours are very tolerant, it is not acceptable to park in front of their driveways.
